The group has recently ventured into a 100% Rieter Project with 84000 spindles spanning over 5 units with all machinery from Rieter except simplex and Savio Link Coner. The array of the Rieter Machinery includes

5. Rieter Comber E 75 with automatic piecing
6. Chinese Simplex Model JWF 1416
7. Rieter K44 1 Comfor Ring Spinning with automatic simplex bobbin transport system, auto doff, link coner with spindle identification system
8. Savio polar I Automatic winding Machines

The noteworthy aspect of the project is that the material is ‘Untouched’ by human hands in critical Processes like Comber (with automatic piecing), Simplex (with automatic bobbin transport system), Ring Frame ( with automatic doffing) and Link coner with spindle identification system.
